Changepoint PPM: Partner Re-Certification and Training Program
For Changepoint partners that already have significant experience and knowledge of our solutions, we have established a re-certification process to meet the standard for certification without attending the formal training program.
Changepoint’s Business Partner Program gives organizations around the world the opportunity to expand their business by including Changepoint within their current portfolio of products.
Re-certification process
There are three steps in the re-certification process for our legacy partners:
Step 1: Experience questionnaire
The experience questionnaire is designed to provide information to the certification review committee regarding the experience and expertise of the partner consultant in implementing the solution. The consultant is asked to provide details regarding prior engagements, customers and their business needs, the solution capabilities configured/implemented, and any special solutions or approaches used in the implementation. The partner may also be asked to provide a customer reference who can provide feedback on the engagement. It is expected that any legacy partner candidate can document experience on multiple implementations.
Step 2: Professional development on-demand training
Partners will attend on-demand professional development training sessions ("spotlights") that will review:
-
-
-
-
- Changepoint implementation methodology
- Key solution capabilities released within the last two years specific to the software solution
-
-
-
The on-demand training sessions will be led by senior solution architects and other Changepoint product experts.
Step 3: Re-certification Confirmation
The Re-certification confirmation will be provided by the certification review committee.
To participate in the Partner re-certification and training program, please contact your Changepoint account executive or customer success manager.
