In this course, participants will obtain in-depth knowledge of how to configure a Program Management structure within Changepoint PPM.

  • Program Management:  Configuration

Program Management Offices (PMOs) will want to establish a structure for the organization’s Programs. Changepoint PPM facilitates the structuring of your Programs by suggesting you create a unique Workspace Type which possesses the name of the indicated Program.

After this course, you will be able to do the following within your own Changepoint PPM environment:

      • Create a Program Management structure

 

  • Program Management:  Creation

To establish your Program structure, create a new Workspace that will represent the Program container (or parent). Be sure to select the appropriate Workspace Type for the new Program.

After this course, you will be able to do the following within your own Changepoint PPM environment:

      • Create a new Workspace Type and select the appropriate Program (option #1)
      • Create a new Workspace and place it in the appropriate Program location (option #2)
      • Move an existing Workspace into its appropriate Program location
