Changepoint PPM: Partner Certification and Training Program

Changepoint’s partner certification program is designed to ensure that delivery consultants from partner organizations providing Changepoint implementation services have a high level of knowledge about the solutions and their capabilities, and are skilled in supporting and advising customers in configuration and implementation activities to achieve business objectives. Certification achievement is obtained at the individual level – not at the partner organization level.

About this course

Changepoint’s Business Partner Program gives organizations around the world the opportunity to expand their business by including Changepoint within their current portfolio of products.

Please note:  in order to participate in the Changepoint PPM Partner Certification program, participants must first complete the 10-hour Self Guided Implementation training as a prerequisite.


Certification process 

There are four steps in the certification process for our partners: 

Step 1: Experience questionnaire

The experience questionnaire is designed to provide information to the certification review committee regarding the experience and expertise of the partner consultant in implementing the solution. The consultant is asked to provide details regarding prior engagements, customers and their business needs, the solution capabilities configured/implemented, and any special solutions or approaches used in the implementation. The partner may also be asked to provide a customer reference who can provide feedback on the engagement. It is expected that any partner candidate can document experience on multiple implementations. 

Step 2: Complete the prerequisite course Changepoint PPM Self Guided Implementation

In order to prepare for the subsequent implementation methodology "spotlights", participants must first complete the 10-hour training course called Changepoint PPM Self Guided Implementation.

Step 3: Professional development on-demand training

Partners will attend on-demand professional development training sessions ("spotlights") that will review: 

          • Changepoint implementation methodology 
          • Key solution capabilities released within the last two years specific to the software solution

The on-demand training sessions will be led by senior solution architects and other Changepoint product experts.

Step 4: Certification Confirmation

The certification confirmation will be provided by the certification review committee.
