Changepoint’s Workforce Planning is a multi-phased initiative to provide organizations with a proactive solution for issues that impact resource availability, utilization, customer satisfaction, financial stability and profitability due to resource-based conflicts or inaccuracies in assignments.
For Changepoint’s 2020 release, Workforce Planning capabilities (Phase 1) introduces visibility into resource workloads via near real-time system notifications based on the end-user defined capacity monitoring threshold for Resource Managers, Team leaders or Executive type personas. The workforce monitoring period can be up to 90 days in the future.
