Use CP PPM Connect platform for gaining visibility from Agile, ERP, ITSM or other systems and still manage overall project and portfolio data in Changepoint PPM.
This course consists of an overview of PPM Connect, and a downloadable Scope of Effort document which will help guide customers through questions to help your organization prepare for the PPM Connect Kick-off meeting.
It is recommended to meet with business and IT stakeholders within your organization to provide detailed feedback for the questions below. The completed Scope of Effort document if required before beginning the PPM Connect implementation. If you are currently working with a Changepoint delivery consultant, we encourage you to talk through the Changepoint PPM configuration to help support this integration.
